October 23, 2015, Las Vegas, NV - The Internation Association of Physiologic Aesthetics (IAPA). Presented a lecture titled "Power of the Mind in Health and Healing" - a discussion of the epigenetic influence of mindfulness and meditation and how these practices change gene expression; and the latest research on the placebo effect - the power of belief.

On May 3, 2014, Dr. Holden presented a lecture at the Accordo Health Institute 2014 Spring Symposium in Lake Mary, FL titled "Power of the Mind in Health and Healing."

On August 2, 2013, Dr. Holden presented a lecture at the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics' (IACA) annual conference in Calgary, Canada titled "Food, Your Gut, and Your Health."
​
Dr. Holden published an article titled "Functional Medicine - Innovating Chronic Disease Care" in The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) Fall 2012 "Visions" magazine.

On December 7th and 9th 2011, Dr. Holden presented a lecture at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine conference in Las Vegas, NV titled "Osteoporosis - Controversies and Promising Treatment Options."

On July 24, 2010, Dr. Holden hosted the first ONDAMED Colleague Education Series at his clinic, which was attended by ONDAMED practitioners from around the country.
